To better care for our community, Multnomah County's Rockwood Health Center will temporarily close for renovations from April - October 2026. 

We are modernizing the Rockwood building and upgrading our electrical and dental infrastructure.

How to Schedule Care During Construction 

Your care continues without interruption at these nearby locations.

  • Primary Care & Pharmacy Services: Your Primary Care team and Pharmacy move three miles east to East County Health Center located at 600 NE 8th St, Gresham, OR 97030

    • Primary Care Appointments & Info: 503-988-5558

    • Pharmacy Info: 503-988-3353

  • Dental Services: You can continue seeing your current dentist at another Multnomah County location, or we can help you find a location that is more convenient for you.

    • Dental Care Appointments & Info: Continue to call Rockwood Dental at 503-988-4988
