Free Back to School Health Fair - Celebrating National Health Center Week

Join us for family fun and information about the medical, dental, behavioral health care and pharmacy services provided in our nine Health Centers in celebration of National Health Center Week (Aug 3-7). The national theme is "Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most," which highlights how health centers like ours advance care delivery and improve access. Activities include FREE:

• Community Booths
• Food
• Face painting
• Haircuts
• Produce
