🎉 It’s National Health Center Week! 

From medical assistants to dentists, pharmacists to behavioral health specialists—our team brings skill, compassion, and commitment to every patient, every day. Today, we are featuring some of our exceptional staff and programs!

In addition to all the other amazing work our Community Health Worker Team (CHW) does, they also run the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program! The Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program works in partnership with local farms and insurance to provide produce boxes to 300 families with our Health Centers

The PAC Call Center Agents have launched our standard Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screening program. They have helped to identify a significant volume of insecurities in the areas of food, transportation, utilities and housing. This work is key to working towards the overarching goal of improving conditions that would otherwise adversely impact health and wellness.

The School and Community Oral Health (SCOH) program works to provide dental care for kids. One of our Health Educators Erika has been working to create a “YouTube” of the Oral Health Presentations to be easily used by WIC clients, making content more accessible!
