Providing the quality health care everyone deserves

We care deeply about our community and everyone in it. Our teams offer medical care, dental care, pharmacy services, and more to anyone in Multnomah County.

Your Health Center

Each year, 50,000 patients get the health care they need at our clinics across Multnomah County. We offer team-based care to support all parts of our patients’ health.

As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Oregon, we’re proud to provide quality care to everyone in our community.

Our network includes:

  • 7 clinics with medical, dental, and pharmacy services
  • 9 school-based clinics for children ages 5-18
  • 1 dental-only clinic in downtown Portland
  • 1 clinic that specializes in care for people living with HIV

Who we serve

We see our patients as our neighbors and our guides. That means offering the high-quality care we want for our own families to everyone in Multnomah County. It also means serving everyone, with support for patients who are unable to pay or do not have health insurance. Health Center patients make up the majority of our governing board, helping to make decisions about what we do and how we do it.
