Diabetes Group Visits at Northeast Health Center

Join our four-week group visit series:

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Fridays starting Sept. 12, Oct. 10, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5*

*There are four sequential classes each month facilitated by Ali Wright, PA, which typically follow this order:

• 1st class: Basics
• 2nd class: Medication management
• 3rd class: Nutrition/Exercise
• 4th class: Distress

Transportation and a healthy snack provided. Participants must be current medical care patients at Northeast Health Center. Group visits will include other patients, and you will be asked to provide consent to share health information in a group setting. To learn more, talk with your Northeast Health Center provider. 

Please note: Participants who attend all four classes in a month will receive a $25 Fred Meyer gift card at the end of the 4th class!
