Many of our training programs are free. Fellowships are paid and come with guaranteed employment. And residencies come with a stipend.

Clinical Pharmacy Residency
This Postgraduate Year Two residency program is for pharmacists who have completed or are in the process of completing a Postgraduate Year One residency.
Specifically, the program is for pharmacists who want to specialize in ambulatory care with a focus on underserved populations.
Residency stipend
This residency comes with a stipend of $56,656. We also offer funds for travel and registration for one professional conference.
Paid leave
The residency includes paid vacation leave, sick time, and 10 paid holidays.

Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowship Program
This one-year postgraduate clinical training program is designed for recent graduates in physician assistant and nurse practitioner programs to strengthen their skills through supportive on-the-job experience.
Fellows working at the Multnomah County Community Health Center will have the opportunity to provide community-based, non-profit comprehensive primary care, dental, mental health, and substance abuse services to underserved populations regardless of ability to pay.
Compensation and Benefits
Members in the APC program receive a full salary and benefits working 40 hours per week for one year. They may also be eligible for National Health Service Corps and other loan repayment programs.
