Celebrating National Health Center Week - Pharmacy
It’s National Health Center Week!
At Multnomah County Health Center, we are here for you and are proud to provide team-based, whole health care for all. Today, we want to recognize some of our awesome Pharmacy staff!

Pearce is a clinical pharmacist who demonstrates his commitment to patients through advocacy, expanded clinical pharmacy services, answering any question and assisting in patient care in every way he can. Additionally, he has helped to develop plans for a pharmacy residency program.

Dawn is the Pharmacist in Charge at Southeast Clinic Pharmacy, and puts the patient at the heart of everything she does. Some of her contributions include updating the Non-Sterile Compounding of Medications, supporting other staff with her wealth of EPIC knowledge, and onboarding new pharmacists, technicians, and clerks.

Rachel prioritizes her patients with a lens on equity and comprehensive, thorough medication profile assessment. Rachel has brought process improvement to many workflows, supporting other pharmacy staff with best practice and tips/tricks related to both the pharmacy software and EPIC, and creating a flow chart to guide colleagues on how to manage prescriptions written by outside providers. She is currently serving as a float pharmacist at all 8 of our Health Center Pharmacies!

Tim is currently the Lead Pharmacy Technician at the Westside Clinic Pharmacy, and during his time with the County he has been a cornerstone of compassion, dedication, and excellence. In his role as PrEP Navigator, Tim has worked closely with the DIS and STD Clinic to connect patients with essential drug assistance programs and critical resources—helping remove barriers to care and improving health outcomes.

Rosie is the Pharmacy Technician at the Mid County Clinic Pharmacy. She brings a consistently positive energy into the pharmacy, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment for both clients and coworkers. Rosie goes above and beyond, whether it’s tackling complex billing issues, reorganizing the pharmacy space, or creating ordering workflows and helpful organizing charts for her team. Her initiative, dedication, and teamwork make a lasting impact every day.
