We provide treatment, support, and whole health care for people living with HIV at our HIV Health Services Center. Call to schedule a visit.
Our HIV care
We provide expert, caring support for patients living with HIV. This includes medical treatment, nursing care, and social services.
Your care team will include:
- A medical provider
- A nurse
- A medical assistant
- A medical case manager
Our HIV services
Patients at our HIV Health Services Center can get care and treatment including:
- On-site primary health care
- Medical case management
- Mental health care
- Substance abuse treatment
- Pharmacy
- Dental care
- Referral to meal and housing assistance
How to pay for HIV care
We offer many of our HIV services at low or no cost. We charge for care based on what you can pay. If you are unable to pay, you can still get care.
Pay what you can
Your costs for HIV care will be based on what you can afford. We will give you the care you need even if you are unable to pay.
We accept insurance
Our HIV Health Services Center accepts many insurance plans.
