We provide health care to everyone. Whether you are covered by insurance, paying what you can afford, or unable to pay, you can get the care you need.

We believe everyone deserves quality, whole health care. Our care is based on your needs, and our charges are based on what you can pay.

If you live anywhere in Multnomah County, you can come to our clinics for care.
Pay what you can
If you don’t have health insurance or are unable to pay, we will always provide the care you need. You will never be turned away due to inability to pay.
We accept insurance
We accept Oregon Health Plan, Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance plans.
No insurance?
We can help you sign up for Medicaid and other services to help pay for care if you don’t have insurance.
