Fernhill Health Center Grand Opening and Celebration!

Join us at the PPC Opportunity Center at 4299 NE Killingsworth starting at 11:30 am with an official ribbon cutting, followed by a performance from Ballet Folklorico.

We encourage everyone in the community to come visit the new health center on May 30th between 12pm - 3pm to join the celebration and learn about our services. We will have:

• Free insurance enrollment and support with the Oregon Health Plan
• Free Henna design by Somali Henna
• Family fun with Nikki Brown Clown
• Games and Art Activities for Kids
