Last year's National Health Center Week Back to School Fair

Join us at Vance Park on August 6th from 11am - 2pm for family fun and information about the medical, dental, behavioral health care and pharmacy services provided by Community Health Centers in celebration of National Health Center Week. More than 30 community organizations and vendors will be on site providing free family and kids health and education activities, including:

  • Health Screenings
  • Library Resources
  • Health Insurance Help
  • Food
  • Face painting
  • Haircuts
  • Produce
  • Games and STEM activities

Our Mobile Clinic will also be on hand providing Sports Physicals for 6th-12th-grade student athletes by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 971-442-7126
